DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & PERFORMANCE AT WEBORITY TECHNOLOGIES

Webority Technologies, a leading innovator in the tech industry, is looking for a results-driven Director of Marketing & Performance to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the company's growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing strategies and performance analytics at a fast-paced, dynamic organization.As the Director of Marketing & Performance, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while optimizing marketing performance across all channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping Webority Technologies’ brand presence, enhancing our digital footprint, and ensuring we deliver measurable results for the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, with a focus on performance and ROI optimization.Develop and manage data-driven marketing campaigns that support business growth and brand positioning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and leadership) to align marketing efforts with business goals.Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.Analyze marketing performance and customer data to continuously optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team to achieve both individual and collective goals.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.Ensure consistent brand messaging and effective positioning across all digital touchpoints.Key Requirements:Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in technology or SaaS industries, with a focus on performance marketing.Strong expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and performance metrics.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.Extensive experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Why Webority Technologies?At Webority Technologies, we are at the cutting edge of technological innovation.
