Descripción Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for Execution of the Group's operations strategy to enhance market positioning, operating profits and service levels tailored to region-specific needs Provide direction to GMs to develop annual business plans, KPIs and capital expenditure plans ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance with Group standards Guide in strategy implementation by tracking properties KPIs against targets Direct the preparation and consolidation of the operations budget and identify opportunities for improvement Lead the development and implementation of operations policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure world class service delivery and innovation Collaborate with GMs to implement LQA standards and competitive LQA score achievements ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Must hold a Six Sigma Black Belt qualification.
Demonstrated leadership experience in one of the following.
General Manager or Senior Hotel Manager role, transitioning into an operations-focused position.
Operations Director level with a proven track record.
Experience managing a portfolio of luxury brands, aligning with the Group's positioning.
Flexibility for remote working, with no requirement to relocate to the UAE.
