DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS IT - DATA, ANALYTICS & AI, DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Join our Data Analytics and AI (DA&AI) team within Operations IT to drive innovation in a leading pharmaceutical company.
As a director of data analytics and AI solutions you'll help develop strategic data and AI products that align with business goals.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions, such as AI based predictive maintenance, Smart factory, factory flow visualisation and GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide strategic consultancy for Data, Analytics and AI products to business and IT stakeholders aligned to Manufacturing, Digital transformation and Sustainability portfolios.
Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI solutions.
Break down feature epics into technical tasks and manage dependencies.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Optimize resource allocation through data-driven decisions.
Maintain high standards for in-house products and tools.
Essential Skills.
Exposure of Pharma manufacturing domain or sustainability Experience of delivering Digital products using Data, Analytics and AI technologies.
Expertise in Data Analytics and AI technologies.
Experience leading complex data and AI projects.
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
