About position We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our Call Centre team in one of the most vibrant districts of Barcelona.
Your primary goal will be to match customers with the ideal accommodations and complementary services tailored to their unique preferences and needs.
Your tasks Successfully close cold calls to meet or exceed the required KPIs.
Identify and understand customer needs and expectations to effectively present and promote suitable solutions.
Drive sales by offering additional services that complement the chosen accommodation, such as catering, ski services, insurance, and wellness packages, to help achieve overall sales targets.
Your profile High proficiency of Dutch (C2 level) Thoroughness, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
You have at least 1 year's successful initial sales experience.
You are known for your elocution, adaptability, stress resistance and you have good oral communication skills.
You have solid commercial skills and a positive attitude.
You are dynamic, a team player and have good self-control.
You love challenges.
