Description: One of our clients is looking for a Dutch-speaking Inbound Sales Representative! Do you enjoy social interactions and are you interested in working for a leading company in new technologies? This job might be for you!ResponsibilitiesManages qualified inbound calls for Commercial Business Development of customers acquired/profiled online Account management of gold customers and partnersPerform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (it is in addition to calling back for support tasks)Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.Calls back to customers and other HP supporting teams (LSP, carrier, finances...) to complete support tasksFeedback to HP on sales activity Skills for the SpecialistAll above skills for inboundIdentify the right contacts at customersAsk the right questions to identify customer needsAbility to open the door for next step (2nd call, quotation, etc)Resilience (ability to remain positive despite several contact failures)Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to the sales pipelineCollect relevant information (customer needs, deal qualification) through asking the right questions Requirements: RequirementsFluent in English and for the language for the market at native level (Dutch)One year of related sales experienceExcellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skillsWork toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritizationAbility to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisionsAbility to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriateFamiliar with sales CRMs. Microsoft office Offer: What’s in it for youWe go above and beyond to create unique customer experiences and invest significantly in our employees, infrastructure, and capabilities.In this role, we offer:A full-time Spanish contract and support to help you start working and living in Spain.Attractive salary range gross/year.
