esponsibilities.
Lead deployment and implementation projects, managing the installation and orchestration of Dynatrace solution components in both on-premise and cloud environments.
Apply advanced Dynatrace expertise for in-depth problem analysis and troubleshooting.
Develop and configure scripts to integrate Dynatrace with external technologies (e.
., LDAP, ServiceNow, AD).
Design and build custom dashboards and reports.
Provide continuous service management, including monitoring platform health, updating components, opening support cases, and analyzing incidents.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, use cases, and specific requests.
Analyze data collected by Dynatrace, interpret results, and perform trend analysis to identify potential issues.
