Who are we? The EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization is a sales team of different nationalities speaking more than 28 languages based in Madrid.
Our teams successfully acquire and manage relationships with merchants in all European Markets.
As an European hub, based in our new European Head office, we offer a rewarding package and the opportunity to work at one of Spain's premier employer brands We are expanding our sales team; the successful candidate will be a driven and resourceful individual who is able to provide a constant support and guidance with our newly acquired Merchant's activation and on boarding process.
Main responsibilities Support sales team members and merchants with complex set up requests and technical implementations.
Be a point of reference for non standard processing solutions.
Work with sales managers to drivemerchant activations - ensuring robust tracking and reporting on activation progress for all accounts.
Supportmarketing teams in identifying and engaging newly acquired merchants to access Amex marketing products.
Demonstrateleadership management in activating our most complex and strategically significant Merchants and facilitate communication with cross functional teams.
Act as main point of contact for high value clients ensuringexceptional quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Support team leadership to ensure allcompliance processes are understood and followed by the full team.
Support the Multicurrency Inbound team members with complex set ups and/or workload management.
Qualifications Native/Fluent level of Spanish/English written and spoken Other European languages are a plus Problem solving, strategic perspective and process orientation Ability to drive results and innovate on an ongoing basis Excellent communication skills, strong relationship building and time management Support Ad-hoc projects and drive continuous improvement projects across the team.
