Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as a Developer in our SWPS team.
What you will do As a Developer, you will play a vital role in shaping our development processes and ensuring seamless application deployment.
Your work will not only enhance our operational efficiency but also contribute to innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Design and maintain cutting-edge secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab that will elevate our development processes.

Craft dynamic applications utilizing Angular and Java Spring Boot, turning visionary concepts into reality.
•    Revolutionize Deployments.
Spearhead the containerization of applications with Docker and orchestrate seamless deployments with Kubernetes, ensuring our software operates flawlessly in any environment.
•    Automate Excellence.
Harness the power of Flux for GitOps to automate and streamline deployment processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
•    Collaborate for Success.
Engage with cross-functional teams in a vibrant environment, ensuring the secure and efficient deployment of applications while fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
You will bring Joining the team will offer you a fun and challenging environment where you can grow and inspire your colleagues to further growth.
We believe you can challenge us in who we're looking for and have a motivation and interest in working in a research area within our industry, ideally with some relevant experience in telecommunication and information technology.
In addition, we believe you have.
•    A BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
•    Experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and security implementations.
•    Proficiency in using Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services.
•    Familiarity with programming in Java, including frameworks like Spring Boot.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
•    Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to engage with diverse teams •    1-3 years of work experience in automation, devsecops or equivalent.
•    Passion about bringing your ideas to the table •    A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment •    Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience •    Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results •    Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English Be the one who did.
