ECONOMIC ANALYST (BUSINESS ANALYTICS & PROJECTS)

Participates in implementing data analytics and managing financial projects to drive corporate financial strategy and performance. Its primary goal is to determine the profitability of each project business line, client or site, providing accurate and timely information for decision-making.Transforms financial data into strategic insights and ensure the successful execution of key financial initiatives.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESImplement the framework and principles of analysis for the analytical model of Cellnex Group.Implement financial analytics strategies.Participate in the financial scorecard and indicators in Cellnex Group.Perform financial analysis that help critical thinking and facilitate decision making of Cellnex GroupDevelop the critical financial KPIs for Cellnex Group.Collaborating with IT, participates the implementation of financial information technology tools throughout Cellnex Group.Maintain a model for an analytical PL per country and Business line to establish the margin of each Business Line.Analyse all the cost base to look for additional efficiencies with productivity improvement initiatives or cost reduction.Rise best practices among the countries.Ensure correct analytical reporting in all the countries (client, project, cost center, site).Coordinate with multiple teams (Corporate Commercial, Operations, Human Resources, etc.) to align the analytical model and key deliverables.CANDIDATE PROFILEAcademic Profile:Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related major is required.Master of Business Administration or a Master’s in Finance is a plus.Languages:English -> Must-have -> Advanced/NativeSpanish -> Must-have -> Advanced/NativeAny other Cellnex language -> Valuable -> IntermediateSoftware Tools:MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -> Must-have -> AdvancedFinancial Analytics Tools (SAP FI) -> Must-have -> IntermediateFinancial Reporting Tools -> Must-have -> AdvancedRelevant Experience:At least 4 years of experience in finance roles, with experience in business analyticsExtensive knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.Experience in a large corporation or accounting firm/ Big 4 is highly desirable.Valuable experience in the definition and implementation of new transversal projects.
