Start your future with BorgWarner now! Job Purpose BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven ” individual to join as a Electrification Controls Intern.
The Electrification Controls Intern will be involved in analysis, simulation, test setup, and testing to support development of motor control software on embedded controllers.
The student will work under the guidance of a motor controls engineer.
This assignment will expose the student to motor controls through testing and development, computer simulations, working in a high voltage laboratory, debugging software issues, and technical documentation.
The student will also be exposed to power electronics products and concepts, enhancing the student’s overall experience.
Key Responsibilities Updating MATLAB/Simulink simulations and pseudo code of motor control algorithms Testing to verify motor control functionality on hardware in the loop simulators and dynamometers.
Revising technical documents Debugging software issues Executing test plans What We’re Looking For Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or be a graduate from an accredited college GPA of 3.
