The main task will be the design and test of electronic systems.
Tasks to be performed.
Work in a multidisciplinary team researching and developing electronics equipment for different sectors (industrial, biotechnology, robotics, photonics); Design and implement embedded systems setups; Testing of electronic devices; Participate in tasks related to new product development including planning, task estimation, design, design verification, peer review, integration, and release; Create and maintain comprehensive technical project documentation; Participate in the analysis and specification of electronic subsystems and participate and lead design reviews; Plan and execute tasks in collaboration with the product team to ensure project objectives are met; Evaluate and recommend hardware development process improvements in collaboration with engineering management.
Required skills, experience and candidate profile.
University degree in Electrical/electronic Engineering; Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position; Experience in component testing, excellence in laboratory equipment use and setting up test systems; Solid knowledge in analog and digital electronics design; Knowledge in firmware design for microcontrollers; Knowledge in design schematics and PCB layouts for mixed-signal electronic circuits with Altium designer or other ECAD tools; Knowledge in circuit capture tools as well as simulation tools at system and circuit; Knowledge in electronic instrumentation; Proficient in English.
