In this role, you will work closely with our lead designer and head of design to produce outstanding email templates for our premium global clients.If you are passionate about brand communication, have a keen eye for information hierarchy and typography —then you are the one we're looking for!This position is open to all EU residents, whether working remotely or onsite at our Barcelona office.*No recruiters please.A portfolio will be required for anyone applying for this position. Please do not apply via LinkedIn. 🏓 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and create engaging digital assets for brand and promo emails.Create design system for email clientsCollaborate with the copywriter to ensure that visuals and copy are seamlessly integrated and align with the brand's tone and messaging.Develop and execute creative layouts, focusing on typography and visual hierarchy to ensure emails are visually appealing and on-brand.Collaborate with the Lead designer to ensure cohesive visual branding in all email communications.Ensure all email designs are polished, error-free, and optimized for various devices and email clients.Manage multiple email projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear updates and feedback.🛼 What we offer:Full-time position, fixed term contract, reporting to the Partner and Head of DesignCollaborative atmosphere, working together in an interdisciplinary team where you’ll support other teams and be mentored by senior colleaguesAutonomy, you can work with little supervision at a good paceRegular feedback exchange, participate in company off-sites, and access to a professional L&D budget to spend on conferences, seminars, and workshopsYour work-life balance is important to us, so we offer flexible working hours (8.30 - 10 am margin) and home office optionsCareer development opportunities, the stage is yours!🍉 What should you bring: You have three years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in email and design systemsYou are proficiency in Figma & Adobe SuiteYou possess a strong understanding of email marketing trends and best practices in digital design.Excellent typography and layout skills, with an eye for detailYou are a self-starter who likes to take ownership of initiatives with limited oversightYou are a strong collaborator and are able to work closely with copywriters to create cohesive content.Coming from an agency background is a plusYou share our values: kindness, growth, respect, accountability, courage and equality🏓About you:You're detail-oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixelYou can ensure the quality of the work done, thriving for efficiencyYou’re proactive, organised, curious and empathetic, and you can multi-task across multiple workstreamsYou are a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight because discovery is our placeYou share our values: kindness, growth, respect, accountability and equality….
