Thanks to its expert knowledge, it provides professional support and accompaniment in different areas (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Real Estate & Workplace, Marketing, Procurement, Security & Privacy, among others) to advise the business on decision-making.#TrustedAdvisor&First ChoiceNow, it’s time to talk about the EMEAL IT department:As a Service Transition, you will work alongside the EMEAL IT Services team to ensure that projects, and new or changing services are successfully transitioned in line with key deliverables.This role requires the right individual to have a proven history in Service Design and Service Transition, and to take ownership of the service transition processes.Would you like to be part of our internal team? 😊Here are the main functions you could perform:Ensure the effective transfer to Service Operations.Chair and represent team in Service Readiness Reviews.Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.Ensuring that all realise plans/polices are in place for all agreed services.Take accountability for the transition of projects and new or changed services into BAU.Own service transition processes and ensure these are communicated and followed throughout the IT function..Oversee IT asset transfers.Support the delivery of key requirements through the Service Transition team by providing ongoing support and expertise.Ensure all Service Design and end to end support models are reviewed and implemented for any changed or new services.Ensure all process comply within internal security and technology standards.Maintain Service Catalogue and associated SLOs.Reporting Project status.We're sure that if this suits you, you'll have this profile:Experience: Previous experience in Service Transition and Service DesignExperience in Risk Management, Service Improvement and Stakeholder ManagementExperience in end-to-end service management to user populations of over 5.000 and used to work under pressure.Technical Skills: ITIL accreditation or demonstrable experience and knowledge of ITIL terminology and processesBuild solid relationship and ability to influence and resolve conflicts in complex environments.Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (C1)But what benefits can we offer you as a company?Stability and job projection, for this we offer an indefinite contract from the first moment. 💼Flexible remuneration package: life and health insurance, ticket restaurant, ticket transport, ticket childcare, etc. 🤗Individual development plan: how to focus your career is up to you!
