We are seeking outcome-driven and customer-focused Employee Engagement & People Surveys Specialist with a balance of deep technical skills and service attitude to join our team of professionals in Global HR Shared Services who has skills to.
Co-design, create, implement and run internal global People surveys together with the team – such as Employee Engagement, Pulse, Onboarding, Exit etc.
Analyse surveys results and pull reports for various use-cases.
Support colleagues across the organization on various topics related to surveys, engagement and other people topics.
Coordinate global survey projects according to annual cycle and execute standard surveys that are part of employee lifecycle, in close cooperation with our global competence center.
What you should bring.
HR generalist experience with a relevant educational background.
Ideally, you have worked in a global company before, and you enjoy a versatile hands-on role with high focus on solutions and results.
You have experience in creating and implementing People surveys and you understand engagement as a concept.
You have a strong IT literacy and analytical skills, and you have attention to details.
You enjoy working in project mode and you have confidence to resolve issues.
You are highly collaborative and able to build trust and maintain good relations with all key stakeholders.
You drive your assigned responsibilities with a positive attitude and high commitment.
You contribute to good teamwork, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and solving problems together with the on-site and remote teams.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
A knowledge of Qualtrics is a bonus.
