WHAT DO WE DO? A producer of renewable photovoltaic energy on an international scale for over 15 years, the REDEN Group, owned by Macquarie, BCI and MunichRe, has its own photovoltaic panel production plant in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and develops, builds and operates photovoltaic power plants in close collaboration with local stakeholders. The REDEN Group, present in 9 countries in Europe and Latin America, currently operates more than 1 Gw worldwide and expects to grow more than 10-fold by 2030.
Post: What would be your role in the REDEN project?
As an Energy Storage Business Developer, you will report to the Head of Energy Storage and your main mission will be to identify BESS project opportunities (both standalone and hybrid) in Europe via the analysis of tenders, regulation, technologies and markets trends.Your key responsibilities will be:
To actively contribute to project development in France from site identification to ready-to-build phase
To coordinate the identification of BESS project opportunities in Europe via the analysis of tenders, regulation (including grid connection), technologies and markets trends (30% of your time),
To contribute to BESS project economical valuation and actively support in the due diligence processes in the frame of projects portfolio acquisition and project financing (30% of your time),
To lead market intelligence on hybrid PV+Hydrogen market and project as well as perform economic valuation to support project development (20% of your time),
To cultivate the interface with external partners and REDEN Group support functions and to prepare all relevant documents within REDEN group and external stakeholders (20% of your time).
This position requires national and international business trips (10% of your time). Profile: Who are you?You hold a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Market Intelligence, or Energy Markets, with at least 2 years of experience in project engineering, project development, or market analysis.Desired skills include:

Project development in the energy sector
In-depth knowledge of energy market regulations

Experience with renewable energy, with a focus on BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) or Hydrogen being a plus
Expertise in technical-economic analysis of energy systems
You are proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, and have experience with GIS software.You are fluent in both French and English.You have excellent communication skills and thrive in diverse teams spread across different locations. You possess strong entrepreneurial instincts, with a results-driven mindset.
