Para ayudarnos en esto estamos buscando a un especialista en formación.  No necesariamente tiene que tener una formación en recursos humanos (por eso la palabra ingeniería en la oferta) pero que entienda los roles y perfiles de una empresa de tecnología y le apasione el desarrollo de personas. Alguien que nos ayude a mejorar la cualificación y el bienestar de nuestros trabajadores. Tanto aquí en España como en nuestras filiales en Alemania y USA (y las que vayamos abriendo). Idealmente el candidato disfrutará construyendo métodos y procedimientos para la mejora continua (Kaizen); con el objetivo de alcanzar la excelencia y poder escalar el conocimiento generado. El puesto es hibrido, con algo de teletrabajo y presencial en nuestra sede de Murcia (España). Bionet es una industria, donde desarrollamos, fabricamos y probamos nuestra tecnología, y es imprescindible vivir esta realidad para poder hacer bien el trabajo.Responsibilities: As a The Engineering Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible of: Main tasks·      Review, in collaboration with area managers and the quality team, the profiles for current and new positions. ·      Collaborate in the definition of a company training strategy and in the definition of specific training programs, selection of courses and their execution. Evaluate the results and propose improvements. ·      Stablish collaboration with universities and other academic institutions for stable internship programs at Bionet. ·      Lead the development or improvement of SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) and of the software tools to support her tasks and the collaboration with other people in the companyOther duties•       Define and keep track of retention and training metrics •       Recommend ways to improve our employer brand•       Participate in job fairs and career events•       Collaborate in the design and execution of Bionet´s training offer to customers. This is an already stablished business line but for sure there are many improvements which can be proposed by an specialist.Requirements:A minimum of a master’s degree is required. Having a PhD in a top academic institution will be a plusMulticultural and international experience and spirit.A passion for human development and training and a relevant experience in a first-class academic institution or training department in a leading company. If your profile is of human resources experience in technology or engineering is needed.Experience or strong talent in understanding a position requirement, and being able to identify hard and soft skills for such position.Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong decision-making skills. We want you to be autonomous and proactive as soon as possible.Needless to say, Fluent in English, able to interact with English speaking Bionet´s personnel.
