n this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Engineering Department in collaboration with all other departments.
ain DutiesOperational ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with colleagues in a supportive and flexible manner, prioritizing the hotel's overall success and guest satisfaction.
oster strong working relationships with other departments to achieve shared goals.
omplete all maintenance tasks and requests as per the established schedule, ensuring high-quality workmanship with particular attention to guest-related jobs.
perate assigned machines and equipment, ensuring the continuous and consistent supply of utilities necessary for hotel operations.
versee the verification, storage, and utilization of fuel deliveries according to policy and procedures.
egularly inspect, maintain, and service all Air Handling Units (AHUs).
ddress guest air conditioning requests promptly and according to specified standards and procedures.
nspect, service, and maintain all refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
og data at the specified frequency as required by the Engineering Department.
dhere to local regulations and codes to avoid hazards and ensure safety compliance.
roperly handle and maintain all power tools and equipment.
ubmit requisitions for parts and consumables to the Team Leader - Engineering.
aintain cleanliness in all work areas and take precautions to protect surroundings during tasks.
mplement effective energy conservation measures in areas of responsibility.
nsure the functionality of fire, life, and safety systems.
xecute emergency procedures, including responding to fire alarms and performing lift rescues when necessary.
omplete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks within the specified timelines.
eport any abnormal conditions related to safety equipment or installations to the Team Leader - Engineering.
ssist fellow technicians as requested by supervisors.

andle guest and employee inquiries efficiently, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate parties while ensuring prompt follow-up.

ualifications Education & Certification.
Relevant certifications (e.
., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are an advantage.

1-2 years in a similar role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment including experience with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
nowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
