ENGLISH SECOND LANGUAGE TEACHER

My English School is a network of schools in Italy, France and Spain, with over 60 schools. We have a communicative, dynamic method, a professional approach and a team dedicated to training, observation and teacher professional development.My English School is looking for English Teachers to join our team, with a January start, in Barcelona.Our classes are group classes for adults, with a mixture of grammar-based and speaking-based lessons. Our lessons last one hour and with groups of students that can change due to our booking system.We are looking for strong communicative language teachers who are able to build rapport with students and facilitate conversation.Teachers with My English School are required to have flexible availability in mornings and evenings during the week, including Saturday mornings. Our teachers usually teach between 15-30 hours.For successful candidates, we provide full initial training and ongoing professional development, with observations, feedback and training sessions.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EMPLOYMENT STATUSCELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificate or equivalent. A degree or evidence of further study is preferred. Our teachers should have at least one year of experience, including online teaching.Permission to work in the EU or a valid work permit for employment in the EUWe are looking for professionalism, fun and team focus in our teachers.A competitive hourly rate, bonus for teaching in company, benefits and opportunity for growth within a fast-growing company.
