As an Enterprise Sales Specialist at HCL Software, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and fostering customer growth. You will be the subject matter expert for HCL AppScan, focusing on new customer acquisition and relationship management. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic sales acumen, and a deep understanding of customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for HCL AppScan, delivering high-quality presentations and workshops to clients, including Developers, Architects, IT Managers, and CxOs.Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a new business sales pipeline of high-value accounts to exceed acquisition and output goals.Deal Coaching: Act as a complex deal coach and/or executive sponsor on key opportunities, guiding them through the sales process.Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and tailored solutions that meet customer needs.Coordination: Work with internal support partners to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the sales cycle.Technical Sales Development: Develop technical sales capabilities and competencies with HCL Software partners to promote the adoption of AppScan and Unica solutions.Executive Negotiations: Present and negotiate with executive leadership, both internally and externally.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets using a solutions-focused approach, always prioritizing customer needs.Qualification Tools: Utilize sales opportunity qualification tools such as MEDDPICC and BANT to manage and advance sales opportunities.Solution Demonstration: Understand customer requirements, provide tailored solutions, and perform product demonstrations.Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of sales/pre-sales experience in the enterprise software industry, with a focus on security software solutions.Sales Skills: Proven executive-level selling experience and consultative selling capabilities.Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills for delivering executive-level and value-based presentations.Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to understand and articulate solutions based on the HCL software portfolio.Business Development: Demonstrated success in generating new business and developing long-term partnerships.Competitive Awareness: Familiarity with competitive technologies (e.g., Veracode, Checkmarx, OpenText, Qualys) and their market positioning.Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language and English is required.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with C-level executives.About Us: HCL Software is at the forefront of innovation, powering key industries from finance to telecommunications to scientific research.
