Mission and responsibilities.
Responsible for developing, configuring and managing the CRM Dynamics piece, the foundation of Picaso, with vision of both channels.
Contact Center and Branch.
Development and management of the CRM Dynamics Service module, with agent vision, customer vision and managing the different parts of the solution.
Changes and developments in the data model.
Inclusion of flows and different parts of the CRM solution (such as USD and Sales).
Integration of interactions and security management.
What are we looking for in this position? Minimum 5 years of experience in development and technical configuration of CRM dynamics and preferable knowledge of the USD module.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
Preferably CRM Dynamics certified.
Proven experience in the development-implementation-maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics, preferably in the implementation of CRM Service module, experience and knowledge of USD will be valued.
Must be decisive, agile and remarkable orientation towards the development of tasks and requirements.
Knowledge in Power BI, Power Apps...
nd in migrations, Web Service, XML will be valued.
Experience working in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
