EU-COMMISSIONS ANALYST

Advantage Communications Group is seeking a Commissions Analyst to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. The Commissions Analyst is responsible for analyzing and auditing commission data, processing commission statements, variance and trend reporting, as well as dispute resolution. This position will play an integral cross functional role within the Finance, Sales and Operations teams.About the Role:Perform monthly audits of service provider commissionsPrepare and review monthly variance and trend reportingDispute & document all errors as well as follow up to ensure resolutionReview and verify all sales orders for financial accuracyGenerate monthly commission statements as well as process payments for both direct and indirect sales channelsAssist Sales Management with quota assessments and determining bonus eligibilityReview and process monthly expense reports for direct sales teamProactively contribute to the development/implementation of our unique, proprietary software platformContinuously participate in improving business processes to increase efficiencyCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and FinanceResponsibilities:Fluent in English-RequiredBilingual English/Spanish a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules and monitor performance per priorities and deadlines.Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelDetail focused, highly analyticalQualifications:2 years working within TelecommunicationsBA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related areaMinimum of 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry requiredMinimum 2 years of QuickBooks experience is a plusLocation:Remote-within SpainSubmit your resume today!
