The Team.
In this role you will be supporting our SVP of Value Engineering.
In this position, you will interface and collaborate with different departments globally and work closely with other members of our highly professional and dynamic Executive Support Team.
The Role.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be based in Madrid, and get insight into the day-to-day business of key company Executives and Senior Managers.
In addition to that you will also be responsible for your own projects and drive them independently.
The work you'll do.
Calendar, expense report and travel management Schedule and coordinate meetings, including attendee management, material preparation, room set-up and issue resolution Assist in creation and editing of documents and presentations for internal and external audiences Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues Lead the organization of internal events (e.
., Global Leadership Meetings, Team Events) Provide support during Customer or Executive meetings in the Madrid office Ad hoc projects and much more! The qualifications & experience you need.
Ideally 4+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an SVP or VP, ideally in a fast-growing IT Company, Consulting Industry or Banking.
Experience working in a tech-driven environment - ideally previous experience supporting Sales Leaders and Teams  Ideally you bring a high interest for Tech topics Self-started, proactive and entrepreneurial Adaptability.
Being able to shift gears and cope with change Critical thinking.
Making informed decisions without having all the answers Strong attention to detail Comfortable providing structure within a dynamic environment, and navigating ambiguity  Capacity to manage multiple tasks, high flexibility and experience working under pressure with different time zones Very good ability to prioritize tasks.
Reliable, discrete and service oriented personality High level of integrity and business ethics Strong team player Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills Perfect command in English (written and spoken), German a plus.
