QUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree in Business Administration, Tourism or Secretarial StudiesKnowledge in hospitality industry would be an asset.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGEProficiency in Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams, Microsoft Share Point knowledge of new technologies (Social Media, Artificial Intelligence, etc.).Languages: high level of English (spoken and written).Other languages will be an asset.Knowledge of SAP (Implementation & Approval of Purchase Orders / Financial Accounting).KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESPersonal Assistance to Chief:Organization and continuous monitoring of agendas.Coordination and monitoring of trips.Expense settlements.Split PayrollTelephone assistance and reception of visitors.Support to Corporate leaders with travels and other administration tasks (travel expenses, Split Payroll, etc.) SAPReview of SAP inboxes of Chiefs.
