EXPERIENCEPrevious experience as an Executive Assistant position is required.QUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree in Business Administration, Tourism or Secretarial Studies.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGEProficiency in Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams, Microsoft Share Point Languages: high level of English (spoken and written).Other languages will be an asset.Knowledge of SAP is a plus (Implementation & Approval of Purchase Orders / Financial Accounting).Knowledge in hospitality industry would be a plus.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESPersonal Assistance to Chief:Organization and continuous monitoring of agendas.Coordination and monitoring of trips.Expense settlements.Split PayrollTelephone assistance and reception of visitors.SAPReview of SAP inboxes of Chiefs.
