The group has 9 subsidiaries around the world. Currently we need to reinforce our Logistics team by incorporating an Export AssistantYour RoleFollow-up/Control of the company's Logistics Management (land/sea/air transport).Issuance of necessary documents for national/international transportation.Coordination between the different departments of the company to Manage Logistics.Commercial Department/Planning Department/Shipping Department).Management with external warehouses.Incident Management with Transport Providers.Your SkillsLanguages: High level of English.Good organizational skills.Communicative personHighly valued training in International Trade (Incoterms, International Conventions BL, IATA, CMR, claims terms depending on the type of transport contracted).Proven knowledge in Customs Management (Customs Regimes, Preferential Agreements between countries, issuance of DUAS, DAES ...)High knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word.Additional InformationWe offer a benefits package which includes:Option to work remotely 1 whole day and 2 afternoons per week.Flexible working hoursFree language classes depending on the needs and another training courses.Health Insurance.Common spaces for after work activities.Meal and breakfast service partially subsidized by the company.Corporate paddle tennis court for employees and family membersDo you think your professional profile fits and this could be a good project for you?
