Our product range includes solar panels, inverters, and EV chargers, all designed to meet the growing demand for renewable energy solutions.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Porto, Braga. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our solar panels, inverters, and EV chargers within the region. This is a remote position that requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong background in sales and a passion for renewable energy.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for solar panels, inverters, and EV chargers.Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range and the renewable energy market to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to clients.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to address any client needs or issues promptly.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the solar, inverter, or EV charger industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Skills:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
