FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

What you’ll do The role is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of a Field Services team (internal team and 3rd party vendors) ensuring performance targets & SLAs achieved.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
Coordinate the team’s activities and monitor its performance based on quantitate and qualitative KPIs.
Guide, motivate & support team to achieve their targets.
Collect and report performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Identify opportunities for budget efficiencies.
Understand and adhere to company quality, health, safety, and environmental policies and objectives.
Focus on FS digital transformation   Key performance indicators.
Qualitative.
TNPS/JNPS/RNPS  Quantitative.
Productivity, MTTR, Repetition, SLA performance, FS Resolution Share, Sales Leads, WiFi Survey sessions, Digitization KPIs (self-booking metrics etc.), On Time Activation.
Qualitative.
Visits effectiveness & accuracy Who you are Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
At least 2-year experience in a technical support department.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer orientation attitude.
Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving skills.
Take initiative, be alerted, have a sense of urgency.
Adaptability to changing conditions, work priorities and organizational needs.
Training & coaching skills.
Good knowledge of fixed products and services.
Must have technical/professional qualifications.
At least Technical Institution degree.
Very good knowledge of Greek and English language (oral and written).
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word etc.).
Desired relevant experience as Team Leader.
