This role's main activities are listed below.
Customer Service.
Ensuring the efficient performance of services delivered to our customers worldwide.
Providing the field activities when requested.
supervision of installation, testing, commissioning and trainings.
Execute the emergency site interventions.
Making repairs at site or at Sécheron’s facilities.
Execute the audits and maintenance jobs.
Elaboration of technical reports.
Support to Sales and Contract execution.
Support to Sales Engineer on substation surveys and permissions to site access.
Make repairing quotations.
Being attentive to identify new business opportunities.
sale of spare-parts, repairs, on-site services, modernizations, retrofits, trainings, maintenance contracts, etc.
Logistics and stock.
upport on the management of stock of spare parts and tools.
