equirementsWe're currently searching for a Field Service Technician, with main functions including.
ustomer Service.
Ensuring the efficient performance of services delivered to our customers worldwide Providing the field activities when requested.
supervision of installation, testing, commissioning and trainings Execute the emergency site interventions Making repairs at site or at Sécheron’s facilities Execute the audits and maintenance jobs Elaboration of technical reports Support to Sales and Contract execution.
Support to Sales Engineer on substation surveys and permissions to site access Make repairing quotations Being attentive to identify new business opportunities.
sale of spare-parts, repairs, on-site services, modernization's, retrofits, training's and maintenance contracts Logistics and stock.
Support on the management of stock of spare parts and tools.
Willing to travel up to 80% of the time
