FINANCE CONTROLLER

About the role - Supporting the Finance Manager and CFO, and collaborating with Industrial controlling team, the Finance Controller will coordinate the management accounting of the company, supervising the accounting processes and flows, allowing managerial reporting for making decision process.
- Boost internal controls in order to ensure the correct way of performing for the business.
- Cross-functional role.
together with different departments (SCM, Maintenance, Operations, etc.) ensure the correct use of managerial data and stablish finance controls and improve working flows with criteria.
Lean accounting.
- Collaborate with internal and external audits in order to assure the financial data compliance.
- Develop Balance sheet analysis and suggest improvements to improve the Working capital of the company.
Asset management and inventory control.
- Together with Industrial controlling and IT, detect business needs and work on improvements to be deployed.
Follow up of business lines profitability and product margins.
Transfer pricing.
- You will participate in the Budgeting and forecasting tasks and continuous improvement projects.
Requisitos You’re going to be a match if...
- You have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar; with minimum 4 years previous experience as Big Four Audit or Finance Controller in an industrial company, or similar - You are a finance and Excel enthusiast with an innovative spirit and orientation to work with internal clients, in a manufacturing environment and different technologies.
- We will value very positively knowledge in finance and accounting willing to make improvement in a daily business projects.
- It will be a plus if you have Experience and knowledge of SAP and/or PowerBI.
