Support Invoicing process (generation and distribution) and collaborate to invoicing issue reduction Accounts Payable.
preparation of payments to suppliers to ensure segregation of duties (vendors, consultants, Marketing events) Management of Intercompany invoices.
goods (implants and instruments) and services (Intellinvoice) JD Edwards Address Book Management.
creation of customers, vendors, agents and allocation of customers to agents Rebate Agreement Management.
monthly accrual (CB Documents in contact with CDG) and settlements Travel Expense Management.
distributions of travel expense forms, collection complete forms, accounting and preparation of payments Coordinate Office Management and Health and Safety measures liaising with H&S consultants Management of Company Car fleet Handling of Agent Commissions.
distribution of monthly sales, invoice receipt, verification and payment preparation Statistics completion and submission for the National Statistics Institute (INE) Support Audit works Support Finance Manager in any activities needed ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? The chosen candidate should have the following requirements.
Studies related to Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar Previous experience in a Finance Deptartment in Multinational organizations Intermediate user of English Advanced user of MS Office tools; JD Edwards is a plus Proactive and problem-solving attitude Ability to prioritize activities Excellent Time-Management and Communication skills ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
