Thanks to its innovative business model and team of professionals, the Company has become a reference company in the new real estate environment in Spain.We are looking for a financial analyst to join our Corporate Development, FP&A and Investor Relations Department.Day to day functions: Reporting to the area Director within the Financial Department, the main tasks of the position will be:Assisting with monthly and quarterly Group reporting, including the preparation and review of Group reporting packages.Supporting senior management with in-depth analysis and presentation materials for Board meetings, investor relations, and strategic initiatives.Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process for all assets in the portfolio and the Group.Providing analytical support for a wide variety of strategic projects.Developing financial models.Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in due diligence, transaction services, consulting, or other related fields.Strong accounting/finance background, including financial modeling skills.Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies.Excellent analytical skills, results-oriented, proactive, organized, with attention to detail, strong teamwork abilities, and a positive attitude.Good level of English.What we offer:Permanent contract.Opportunities for growth and professional development in a leading company.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Participation in interesting and challenging projects with the opportunity to impact major strategic initiatives within the company.
