Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.Job Description:FuncionesAnálisis y negociación de líneas de financiación con terceros, entre otros: créditos, préstamos o líneas de crédito, factoring, confirming, etc. Reporting de todas estas operaciones en los sistemas correspondientes con la actualización del riesgo. Búsqueda de alternativas y de opciones de reducción de coste. Gestión de los poderes financieros del Grupo, coordinando su actualización con las asesorías jurídicas, mantenimiento de bases de apoderados y autorizados financieros, así como las auditorías internas relacionadas. Parte del cumplimiento del Compliance, pudiendo abarcar algunas de las áreas como relación y gestión de auditoría interna o cumplimiento de información financiera interna y externa. Seguimiento y control de operaciones financieras para auditorías y cumplimientos corporativos internos. Elaboración y revisión del cumplimiento de las políticas financieras publicadas. Participación en operaciones societarias internas y reorganizaciones internas, planteando las mejores alternativas tras el análisis fiscal y legal correspondiente, gestionando todos los documentos necesarios para su formalización desde el punto de vista de Tesoreria. Apoyo al área en general. RequisitosExperiencia previa de al menos 3-5 años, realizando funciones similares a las descritas en empresa multinacional. Nivel de Inglés avanzado (preferible full proficiency)Se valorarán conocimientos de herramientas financieras, preferiblemente SAP, Power BI, u otras herramientas de reporting.
