Head of finance operations  Location.
India, Egypt, Romania, Hungary, Spain   Role purpose.
Managing the finance operations activities for HU and RO, the role contributes to the overall compliance with Group Accounting, statutory reporting and fiscal requirements.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
Establish a proper review for all company’s balance sheet accounts  Managing the monthly/yearly closing activities while adhering to the pre-determined deadlines Checks accuracy of accounting entries in alignment with the statutory / group reporting requirements; Collaborates with support teams in FSS India and Budapest to ensure the accuracy of recordings and compliance with established deadlines and quality Fin Ops KPIs; Coordinates the preparation of financial statements with tax team, and maintains the relationship with internal / external auditors; Helps resolve escalations/complex accounting matters; Provide consultation regarding the adoption of the accounting standards and the group policies  Perform Fin Ops Reporting certifications.
Oversees balance sheet reconciliation process Monitor the current processes while planning to implement new procedures to increase the overall efficiency   Who you are Key performance indicators.

Advanced accounting knowledge; SAP ECC and BW knowledge; PC and MSOffice operations skills Problem solving and decision-making skills Minimum 5 years experience Good written and spoken English language Not a perfect fit?
