FITNESS ATTENDANT

At Iberostar we are looking for a Fitness Attendant to join our Operations team based in Aruba, but before knowing more about the position, we think it's important that you learn a little about us.

maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as a Fitness Attendant is to ensuring that patrons of the fitness center have access to clean, safe and properly maintained facilities and exercise equipments.
As Fitness Attendant, What will your day-to-day work be like?.
-Greet clients as they enter the fitness area.
-Provide assistance with using different types of equipment.
-Offering advice on proper form and technique, and monitoring their workouts -Assist in developing and maintaining workout programs.
-Stay on top of the latest fitness technology, gear and equipments.
-Ensure the gym facility is maintained clean, safe and orderly.
-Ensure that gym equipments are kept in good working condition.
--Ensure that all gym staff follow the hotel's procedures and policies.
-Resolve issues and complaints pertaining to personal training from guests.
-Responsible for handling customer payments and maintaining accurate records of client attendance and feedback.
Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
Fitness Certification in all areas of fitness.
Studies in health and fitness programs at college, school or university.
Experience.
2 years of experience in fitness or personal training Experience Skills.
-Highly responsible & reliable -Communication Skills -Charisma and social skills -Social conscience -Responsibility -Ability to think quickly and find solutions to issues faced daily -Excellent Command of the English and Spanish Language- Additional language is an asset Se ofrece Our proposal for you.
