FP&A ANALYST

At Hays we are seeking a FP&A to join the Finance Department of an automotive multinational located in Alcobendas, Madrid. Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in the finance department. Key Responsibilities Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement).Analysis of financial KPIs monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.Preparation of monthly management reports to drive decision making.Assisting with the preparation of annual budget and forecasting processes, as well as mid-term planning.Participating in the development of planning and analysis tools.Undertaking other ad-hoc assignments as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent education.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Analysis and Financial statements.Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (creating functions, pivot tables).Strong analytical skills, with ability to think independently and draw conclusions.Excellent interpersonal skills.Motivated self-starter with a positive and proactive attitude to all challenges. Good attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work with deadlines whilst achieving defined targets.Fluent in Spanish and English (C1). Oral and written.
