The primary mission of the position is to support the expansion of OK Mobility Group franchise network. Supervise and monitor that the franchise network complies with all quality standards; you will act as a liaison between franchisees and HQ departments.💼 Main responsabilities & tasksSupport the process of analysis, selection, and negotiation with franchisee candidates. Handle inquiries from individuals interested in franchising to identify the best franchisee profiles.Supervise invoicing and calculation of fees.Ensure that franchisees comply with agreed-upon quality standards.Define and develop operational manuals to be implemented. Collaborate with the Network and People & Culture departments to design initial and ongoing training programs.Manage the daily contact with the franchisees to supervise and adviseCoordinate actions with other areas to meet established objectives.Contribute to the creation and development of marketing strategies.Address potential issues and ensure the fulfillment of franchise needs.Update the reporting of the franchisee commercial performance🆗 What's it like to work at OK?At OK Mobility Group, we love what we do—that's the key to our success and continuous growth.
