Known for its flexibility and dynamic approach, the department offers ample learning opportunities within the senior financial sector. This team plays a crucial role in safeguarding PXP's financial integrity across borders.The role:PayXpert is looking for a highly motivated fraud analyst with two years of experience to join our dynamic fraud prevention and scheme compliance team. As a fraud analyst, you will play a critical role in detecting and preventing fraudulent activities to safeguard our merchants’ assets and significantly improve their performance.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMerchant Support: Offer support to tackle fraud and improve performance while minimizing financial losses.Risk Assessment: Ensure clients' and business compliance with schemes', acquirers', and regulators' requirements, and identify new possible attacks or fraud patterns. Regularly scan the external environment to identify emerging risks early.Monitor Operations: Oversee daily chargebacks, disputes, and fraud-related activities, ensuring thorough reviews of merchant operations.Reporting: Present KPIs and OKRs related to fraud prevention and scheme compliance.
