The Department.
The Fraud Department at PXP, led by Simon Castro in France and Ewa in the UK, is a small but proactive team with an international focus.
Known for its flexibility and dynamic approach, the department offers ample learning opportunities within the senior financial sector.
This team plays a crucial role in safeguarding PXP's financial integrity across borders.
The role.
PayXpert is looking for a highly motivated fraud analyst with two years of experience to join our dynamic fraud prevention and scheme compliance team.
As a fraud analyst, you will play a critical role in detecting and preventing fraudulent activities to safeguard our merchants\u assets and significantly improve their performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Merchant Support.
Offer support to tackle fraud and improve performance while minimizing financial losses.
Risk Assessment.
Ensure clients' and business compliance with schemes', acquirers', and regulators' requirements, and identify new possible attacks or fraud patterns.
Regularly scan the external environment to identify emerging risks early.
Monitor Operations.
Oversee daily chargebacks, disputes, and fraud-related activities, ensuring thorough reviews of merchant operations.
Reporting.
Present KPIs and OKRs related to fraud prevention and scheme compliance.
Prepare relevant reports for regulatory authorities.
Investigation.
Promptly investigate and handle suspicious activities, and work with the respective stakeholders where applicable.
