Role Overview.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated French Speaking Sales Representative to join our thriving team in Barcelona.
This onsite role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology possesses excellent communication skills and has a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our growth in the Frenchspeaking market.
Key Responsibilities.
Customer Engagement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the Frenchspeaking market.
Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Process Management.
Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
Conduct product presentations demos and negotiations.
Market Analysis.
Keep uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Target Achievement.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Collaboration.
Work closely with the marketing customer support and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
Reporting.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications.
Language Proficiency.
Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
Education.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience.
Prior sales experience especially in the software industry is advantageous but not required.
