About Us:We are Metron Trading, a newly established market-making firm committed to enhancing the digital asset space. By employing advanced algorithmic and proprietary trading strategies, we provide tailored liquidity solutions that support the growth and success of Web3 projects.As one of the first members of our team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the front-end experience of our trading platforms and tools, directly influencing how digital assets are launched, managed, and scaled globally. Join us in building a dynamic, tech-driven environment where your work will play a critical role in fostering transparency, efficiency, and innovation in financial markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain sleek, responsive, and intuitive web applications using React and Next.js.Implement real-time data visualizations and interactive dashboards using WebSockets and APIs.Ensure secure and seamless client-side authentication and data handling.Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with trading infrastructure.Optimize user interfaces for high performance in a data-intensive environment.Required Skills & Experience:2-4 years of experience in front-end development.Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks like React and Next.js.Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time data updates.Experience integrating with APIs for data fetching and rendering.Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).Knowledge of responsive design principles and modern CSS techniques.Good to Have:Interest in backend development (Node.js, Express, NestJS).Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms, or algorithmic strategies.Experience with REST or similar technologies.Passion for working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.What We Offer:The unique opportunity to be one of the first hires in a rapidly growing firm.A chance to work with cutting-edge trading strategies and technologies.Competitive compensation and benefits package.A collaborative, innovative environment where your input directly impacts our success.Flexible remote working options and opportunities for professional growth.
