In this role, you'll play a crucial part in developing and enhancing our proprietary tools, including AITA (our ML-powered media mix optimizer) and EcoMetrics (our ISO-certified CO2 measurement tool). This is your chance to shape the future of media analytics and work with high-profile clients across various industries.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our core products: AITA and EcoMetrics- Design and implement robust ETL processes for marketing data- Create efficient data pipelines and APIs to handle large-scale marketing datasets- Develop and optimize AI agents for automated data analysis- Implement and refine GA4/GTM tagging solutions for precise data collection- Collaborate with our data science team to integrate ML models into our products- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of our applications- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment- Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions- Design and manage infrastructure as code using TerraformRequired Skills and Experience- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL- Expertise in full-stack web development (both frontend and backend technologies)- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development for marketing data- Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform)- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their applications in marketing- Familiarity with digital marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- +3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in media agencies or marketing technologyNice-to-Have Skills- Experience with R programming language- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Shiny)- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)- Understanding of ad tech and martech ecosystems- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically TerraformQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field- High level of English proficiency (C1 or above)- Spanish language skills are a plusWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in media analytics- Collaboration with a diverse team of technical experts and media professionals- Exposure to high-profile clients across various industries- Flexible working hours and work-from-home options- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package- Extended holidays- Professional development and growth opportunities- A dynamic, open-minded team environmentJoin us at Indaru and be part of a team that's revolutionizing the media and marketing landscape through innovative technology and data-driven insights.
