We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to elevate our digital project to the next level. This role requires technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive innovation and deliver an outstanding digital experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js. • Build elegant user interfaces with Tailwind CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal UX. • Design, implement, and integrate APIs (Spring Boot), ensuring secure and scalable connections between services. • Collaborate with backend developers to maintain and enhance our Java 17-based infrastructure. • Work closely with designers, content managers, and marketing teams to align the digital platform with brand and business goals. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing website performance and ensuring system reliability. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. • Stay current with emerging web development trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.What We Are Looking For: • Technical Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in frontend and backend development. • Full Stack Proficiency: Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, Java 17, and Spring Boot. • API Mastery: Strong understanding of API design, development, and integration. • UI/UX Focus: Proven ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. • Problem Solving: A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for troubleshooting and optimization. • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and communicate ideas clearly. • Quality & Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-tier digital experiences. • Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously enhance technical skills.What We Offer: • Competitive Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based bonus. • Work-Life Balance: One remote workday per week. • Flexible Schedule: Monday to Thursday flexible hours, with early finish on Fridays. • Summer Schedule: Reduced working hours during the summer. • Professional Growth: A dynamic, creative environment where your skills can grow and your ideas matter. • Brand Perks: Exclusive discounts on products and branded gifts.Why Join Us?At LOTTUSSE, you’ll be part of a passionate team driven by craftsmanship and innovation.
