These solutions must enable the flow of information between various systems within the organization.Work on multiple projects at once while keeping focused on the project timeline.Design, develop and deploy Software applications, new features, and defect fixes.Review test case, test plan and automated test scripts.Write Unit Test, Perform Code reviews and participate in Scrum meetings, lead story grooming and preparing low level design specifications of the features/ user stories.Work with the Agency team to collaborate, review and deliver high quality software applications.Good skills in evaluating performance and security of applications and delivering solutions which are efficient and performant.Participate as an integral and enthusiastic part of the team, exhibiting ownership, follow through, initiative, awareness and effective communication with peers and management.Continually learn, actively share knowledge and foster exchange of skills.Must understand a fast-paced, sense of urgency environment.About you:University degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar qualificationMinimum 2 years of work experience in software development..Tech stackPHP/Mysql StackVanilla Javascript and jqueryHTML/CSSFamiliar with version control systems (Gitlab here)Experience with PHP Frameworks (especially Laravel) Frontend Design/UX would be greatBasic Linux Skills, Servers running on UbuntuYou are open-minded and motivated to move things forward.High perception and very good communication skills.You’re honest and great team player
