Job Description:Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and related frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.Build and deploy microservices-based architecture, ensuring security, high performance, and scalability.Develop RESTful APIs and high-load web services, optimizing them to handle a large number of requests efficiently.Work with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, performing complex queries and database performance optimization.Participate in solution architecture design, ensuring system integrity and solving complex problems in distributed architecture.Manage and optimize system performance for applications handling large amounts of concurrent requests, ensuring system stability and scalability.Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitor system performance.Mentor and guide junior developers, participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize services when system bottlenecks or failures arise.Qualifications & Skills:At least 5 years of experience in Java development with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related backend technologies.Mandatory experience in designing and developing microservices architecture.Proven experience in working with high-load systems, handling thousands to millions of requests per day.Deep understanding of solution architecture, performance optimization, and ensuring high availability.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI.Proficiency in managing large databases, optimizing queries, and designing database architectures for high-performance systems.Solid understanding of security best practices in application development and API protection.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.Preferred:Experience with event-driven systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ. Knowledge of system architecture and design for distributed and multithreaded systems.Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.Java certifications (OCJP, OCJD) are a plus.
