We drive digital transformation with hybrid cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, and innovative approaches to revolutionize businesses, industries, and the public sector.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Consultant/Functional Analyst with expertise in the health insurance sector to join our Financial Services team.As part of a leading IT and digital transformation company, you’ll collaborate with major insurers and banks in the Spanish market, focusing on functional leadership for projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the functional aspects of project development.Manage and prioritize demand with users and the organization.Collaborate with business users to design functional solutions for new projects, such as new products or functionalities.Conduct functional analysis for solutions to be developed by technical teams.Manage IT teams effectively.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in the health insurance sector.University degree, preferably in a technical field.Knowledge of programming and SQL.Preferred QualificationsFunctional knowledge in other insurance areas, such as life, business, fleets, claims, reinsurance, quoters, or portfolio management.Background in computer engineering.Technical certifications.Proficiency in English.What We OfferAn international, dynamic, and motivating work environment.Hybrid work model (remote and in-office).Flexible schedule to support work-life balance.Continuous training opportunities.Flexible compensation plan.Life and accident insurance.More than 25 working days of vacation annually.
