Job Summary   Start your career development and become Tetra Pak’s next Future Talent! We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in !   Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position as  Services Value Stream Coach from  September at our site in Arganda del Rey, Spain.
You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.
During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.
As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world.

What you will do   As our new Future Talent – Services Value Stream Coach you will collaborate in different activities.
Process Execution Optimization.
rive process execution throughout the value stream addressing bottlenecks to enhance process efficiency, including managing strong Business Expert communities, utilizing benchmarking insights, maintaining comprehensive process documentation, and implementing effective monitoring and measurement strategies to optimize performance.
Continuous Improvement.
dentify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and drive implementation to optimize performance and reduce waste.
Cross-functional Collaboration.
Work with various departments to understand business and customer needs aiming to align and improve processes across the value stream.
User’s capabilities.
Educate and support markets on building their user’s capabilities to ensure process compliance.
Document and share best practices for consistency and efficiency.
Data Analysis and Performance KPIs.
Analyse data and report on performance metrics to guide decision-making and improvements.
Change Management.
Drive organizational change by ensuring smooth implementation of new processes or tools.
Customer Focus.
Align value stream improvements with customer needs to enhance satisfaction and value.
