GENERAL DIRECTOR - COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC RELATIONS AGENCY

Are you passionate about leading innovative projects in the audiovisual sector? We are seeking a Director of Agency with exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage a specialized agency focused on developing and executing communication and public relations strategies.The agency specializes in maximizing the impact of films, series, documentaries, and short films by connecting them with their target audiences. It also acts as a bridge between brands and the audiovisual entertainment industry, creating integration strategies that go beyond simple product placement, delivering content that truly resonates with audiences.As the Agency Director, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the team, ensuring excellence in service delivery to clients. You will play a key role in the strategic direction of the agency, building relationships with key partners, and fostering an organizational culture rooted in creativity and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement communication and public relations strategies for audiovisual projects.Lead and organize multidisciplinary teams, ensuring an efficient and collaborative workflow.Identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders.Oversee brand integration into audiovisual content, creating impactful and authentic strategies.Ensure services are customized to meet clients' needs.Establish and monitor performance metrics, ensuring the achievement of both business and creative goals.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in communication and public relations agencies.Deep knowledge of the audiovisual and entertainment industry.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects.Proven experience in team leadership and talent development.Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
