GENERAL MANAGER - FLEX LIVING - (MADRID)

Empresas: Dazia CapitalThe General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of new building openings, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service. This role requires a strategic leader with excellent management skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. Your main functions will be: • Oversee all aspects of the mobilisation and opening of the new site, support with the pre-opening planning, staff recruitment, and training. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve operational goals. Keeping at all the times a guest centered approach. • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to ensure profitability. • Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing guest feedback promptly and effectively. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy and revenue. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. • Supervise third party contractors to ensure SLA are met and monitor agreed KPI’s for an exceptional guest experience. • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial , and key metrics to Head Office. • Represent our brand within the local community and build strong relationships with business partners, local authorities, and other stakeholders. Requisitos : • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in aparthotels, serviced apartments or student residences. • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Proven track record of successfully managing hotel or aparthotel operations, including pre-opening experience desirable. • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English. • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. • Knowledge of the Madrid hospitality market and local business environment is highly desirable
