Description: We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative with a native level of German and an advanced level of English (B2) to join our team and provide top-notch support for a prestigious international automotive company in an exciting project! Requirements: Native or bilingual level of GermanAdvanced English levelResidence in Madrid or willingness to relocate in the near termStart Date: November 4thIf you’re a driven professional who loves customer interaction and wants to be part of a dynamic, prestigious environment, this is the role for you! We look forward to welcoming you to our team! Offer: Permanent contract for long-term stability39-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with shift availability between 8 AM and 8 PMCompetitive salary up to €20,000 per year3-week paid training (9 AM to 6 PM) to ensure you’re fully preparedOn-site role at our offices in the Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides areaHybrid work option after the initial learning curve, though proximity to the office will be essential for meetings and ongoing training
